Beginning September 28, 2026, Lake Region Walk-In Care is offering Healow Open Access Scheduling, 7 days a week with slots open from 9 am to 5 pm. (or until filled). Reserved times are approximate. Wait times may vary based on patient volume and clinical needs.
How to Use Open Access Scheduling
Step 1
Go to the WMCHC Open Access Scheduling App Powered by Healow
Step 2
Select from open slots and fill in patient details. You must include both a valid email address and cell phone number. Once this step is completed, you will receive an email that your appointment request has been sent. THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT.
Step 3
Soon after a text message will be sent to you confirming your appointment – no later than one hour before the appointment time. It includes a Healow check-in link for you to complete prior to your arrival at Lake Region Walk-in Care.
Step 4
After you’ve completed this step, an appointment CONFIRMATION will be sent. Be sure to click Confirm My Appointment so we know you are coming! This is also where you can modify if you can’t make it.
Step 5
When you arrive for your appointment, go to the Front Desk (even if you have already completed the online check-in)
