About the Provider
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, Rachel Hale, MSN, CNM, RNC-OB, offers comprehensive care for women throughout various stages of life, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, gynecological care, and preventive health services. In addition to seeing patients at the Honesdale Women’s Health Center, she facilitates births at Wayne Memorial Hospital’s New Beginnings Birthing Suites.
Rachel joined WMCHC in 2026 with over a decade of nursing experience, 10 years as a Labor & Delivery nurse in California, North Carolina and New York, as well as, two years as a Certified Nurse Midwife in New York state
